Long-Term Housing at The Compass Center is designed to provide clients with stable, low-income housing. These programs include transitional programs where clients work together on common goals of addiction recovery or vocational advancement. The Compass Center operates five transitional houses in the greater Seattle area and owns two homes that are used as Oxford Houses for chemical dependency support.
With the completion of the rebuilt Pioneer Square building, the Compass Center also began operating permanent low-income housing. The Karlstrom apartments house 23 single adults in beautiful studios.
Clients in the Long Term Housing Programs at the Compass Center have attained stability and work together towards independence.
